The iCN 510 is the latest addition to the Navman iCN (in-Car
Navigation) family.
The pocket-sized unit has an easy to read, large 3.5" transflective TFT
display, boasting a 320 x 240 resolution with 65,000 colors and a flip
up antenna with an MCX connection for an optional external antenna. The
iCN 510 comes packaged with the Smart ST V3 software on 4 CD-ROMs,
which include detailed maps for loading to the iCN 510. When loaded to
the iCN 510 the detailed maps will allow you to locate and route
yourself to an addresses or point of interest within the 48 contiguous
states plus Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. The iCN 510 will also provide
vocal directions through the built in speaker with adjustable volume.
The iCN 510 has an expansion slot for SD cards for map storage, you can
use up to a 512MB. The iCN 510 comes with a stylus so you can easily
enter your specific address or point of interest with its touch screen
display. Also included is a built-in rechargeable battery, with 6-8
hours of use, so you can easily take the unit away from the vehicle for
use while walking around an unfamiliar place. Other features include an
Intel PXA 255 processor for faster map re-draw and route calculation.
